Para recibir el diagnóstico gratuito debes revisar tus respuestas y aceptar el aporte de categorías para estadísticas. Los casos reales aportan al observatorio de prácticas declaradas; los educativos se conservan aparte y las demostraciones quedan fuera de ambos conjuntos. No se requieren nombre, empresa ni correo.
Las respuestas se procesan temporalmente en el servidor. Se conservan el mes, las versiones del método, el contexto categórico, las condiciones por área, la cobertura y las prioridades como estadísticas agregadas, separadas de los contactos; la información temporal del envío vence a las 24 horas y se elimina durante la hora siguiente. Recargar o cerrar descarta la evaluación de la pestaña, sin borrar un aporte ya confirmado.
La medición de uso registra inicio, finalización, descarga y clic de asesoría, sin respuestas, resultados ni anotaciones. No se publican resultados individuales. Antes de publicar estadísticas se revisa que no permitan identificar participantes; no se garantiza anonimato absoluto.
El resultado describe lo declarado, sin revisar evidencia. No certifica, no acredita cumplimiento contractual ni sustituye una asesoría.
